You will be receiving a Dues Authorization Card. By signing the card your monthly dues will be paid directly to your local union out of your vacation fund account.

Under the new program, there will be two payouts per year - May 1st and December 1st. In the initial year, prior to your May 1st vacation payout, your local union will be contacted and your monthly dues for the year 2003 will be deducted (if any outstanding balance). Prior to the December 1st payout, the dues for the year 2004 will be deducted from your payout.

Once the Authorization Card is completed and returned to the Fund Office, you will receive a membership packet from the credit union.

For those of you who currently do not participate in the Vacation Fund (active and retired), a membership packet for the credit union will be mailed to you shortly.
