Please be advised that the New Jersey Carpenters Pension Payment Fund is experiencing fraudulent activity. If you have received any correspondence from New Jersey Financial, stating that you are a lucky winner of a 2007 Sweepstakes Drawing, please be aware that this is a scam. The correspondence includes a check which is also fraudulent. DO NOT CASH OR DEPOSIT!!!

November, 2004

    Relocation of Mail Order Drug Program
The Express Scripts mail order program will be relocating their operations from Harrisburg, PA. to Bensalem, PA. over the next several months.
    THIS CHANGE SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT TO YOU
During the change (beginning December 2004), a new envelope with the Bensalem, PA. address will replace the Harrisburg, PA. addressed envelope you currently receive with your medication. for your next order. Simply use the new envelope and all other procedures will remain the same.

November, 2003
The New Jersey Carpenters Health Fund is now able to accept electronic claims through WebMD and through direct connect with the provider. If you are currently submitting electronic claims through WebMD or wish to do so, please include New Jersey Carpenters Fund claims to your submission list, which will expedite your claims being processed. If you wish to trasmit directly to the Fund office, please contact us at edi@njcf.org. Additional information for providers/submitters may be obtained on the WebMD website WebMD/Envoy or by contacting the Fund office at the EDI Department.

April 11, 2003
The Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Carpenters Annuity Fund at their April 2, 2003 meeting voted to lower the interest rate on all current and future loans from 7% to 5%, effective May 1, 2003. Participants who currently have multiple loans and would like to consolidate them please contact the Fund office before April 25, 2003. A new payment booklet with the 5% interest rate will be mailed to all existing loan holders shortly.
