The employee shall designate a beneficiary to his vacation fund and is entitled to change same at any time. Upon notification of the employees death, the Vacation Fund office will make payment of vacation benefits to the beneficiary. If there is no beneficiary, the Fund will distribute the vacation account balance to the deceased employee’s executor, administrator, family or the person who paid the funeral bill.
